Gentle Yoga / Chair Yoga

A slower-paced practice suitable for all levels, especially beginners or those with limited mobility. Focuses on gentle stretching, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to support relaxation and overall well-being. Chairs and props are used for extra support.

Rise & Shine Slow Flow

A blend of deep stretches and slower transitions to ensure proper alignment in each pose. Ideal for beginners with some experience and intermediate practitioners who want a calm, mindful start to the day.

Vinyasa Flow

This dynamic, energetic class links breath with movement in a series of flowing postures. Great for building strength, flexibility, and mental focus. Perfect if you want a creative, fast-paced practice.

Restorative Yoga

Designed for deep relaxation and stress relief, Restorative Yoga uses props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to fully support the body. Great for recovery, calming the nervous system, and promoting healing.
